Who it is for, and who should wait
The lounge is set up for men and women, most often between 30 and 75, who want one area handled in person. You do not need a referral. You do need to be able to say which area and what about it bothers you. First-time clients and people who have already tried creams, waist trainers, or a different machine are both fine. Bring the history. It changes the recommendation.
Say so before you book if you are pregnant, if you have an implanted electronic device, if you had surgery on that area recently, or if the skin is infected, sunburned, or broken. Those are reasons to wait or to choose a different service. They are easy to sort out on the phone and better discovered before the handpiece is on the skin. This page is not a medical clearance. Shuron is a nurse, and the consult is where that judgment happens.
