You say which area you care about. She looks at it, asks what you have already tried, and tells you whether the treatment you asked for is the right first step.
Men and women both book. Most of the people the lounge is set up for are between 30 and 75, and the service area is Hamilton County, with the room itself in Carmel. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

The consult is not a slide deck. If cavitation, cryo, or waiting is the better idea, you hear that before the handpiece is on the skin. A second area is a separate decision. It is not liposuction, and it is not a weight-loss plan.
Contouring
The rest of the contouring menu is chosen the same way: for the area in front of us. Ultrasonic cavitation and RF skin tightening, vacuum therapy, lymphatic massage, laser lipo, cryo sculpting, a non-invasive butt lift, and the sauna each do a different job.
Lymphatic massage is for puffiness, not fat reduction under another name. Cryo sculpting uses cold on one pocket. Cryotherapy for pain is a different goal from smoothing cellulite, so say which one you mean when you call. Back facials and beard facials are skin appointments, not sculpting sessions.
Face
Facial waxing covers lip, chin, and full face, plus brow shaping and the men’s facial grooming package: beard line, neck, and a maintenance brow. The wax is custom-formulated to remove hair while it soothes, exfoliates, and softens. On a face, that matters more than on a shin.
Hair needs to be about a quarter inch so the wax can grip. Pause retinoids, acids, and a fresh spray tan on the area for several days if you can, and mention Accutane history, a recent peel, or skin that is already reactive.
Body waxing
Women book Brazilian, bikini, legs, arms, underarms, abdomen, back, and full body. Men book the hard-to-reach places as ordinary appointments: back, chest, neck, sideburns, underarms, Brazilian, and full body. The door is closed. The same person who took the call does the work.
The formula is the same custom wax. The menus are not. Coarse hair does not get a harsher product. It gets enough time, and a first wax is not booked the morning of an event.
Know the area. Wear clothes you can move aside. Arrive with clean skin, without a fresh layer of oil, lotion, or self-tanner on that spot. Mention pregnancy, an implanted electronic device, recent surgery, or broken, sunburned, or infected skin when you request the time. Those are reasons to wait or to choose a different service, and they are easier to sort out on the phone.

No. Waxing and contouring do not belong on the same skin the same day. Freshly waxed skin does not go under a contouring handpiece that day. If you want both, they are separate appointments.
Insurance is not accepted. CareCredit financing is available separately if you want to spread out a longer plan after the first visit. Ask about it when you call.
