Because several tools on the menu can address the same area in different ways, the consultation decides which one fits. If cold is the better match for your goal, you will hear why; if another option makes more sense, you will hear that too, before anything is booked.

No. Cryotherapy is also used in the studio for people who want cold for pain and everyday inflammation, which is a different goal from contouring. If that is your reason for calling, say so, so you are not booked onto a sculpting session because the word cryo showed up twice.
